By paying for the registration, the member:
Becomes eligible to participate in activities sanctioned by the Quebec Soccer Federation (FSQ) and/or the Laurentides Regional Soccer Association (ARSL) and undertakes to comply with the regulations in force.
By paying for registration, the member and/or parent and/or guardian…
Undertakes to respect the regulations in force put forward by the FSQ and theARSL;
Undertakes to respect the operation of programs from F.C. Morin-Heights;
Commits to adopting respectful behavior towards everyone (players, referees, coaches, managers, volunteers, etc.);
Commits to participating in the smooth running of the season through his attendance, positive attitude and involvement;
Understands that F.C. Morin-Heights is a club run by volunteers, and that the coaches are parent volunteers;
Confirms that he has read and understood the refund policy,
Certifies that all information provided during registration is complete and accurate;
Authorizes F.C. Morin-Heights to use the member’s photographs and/or videos, taken during soccer matches, practices and activities from current and past seasons.
